The accommodation
This detached 100 sq m house, in the village of Simeyrols, is a fully renovated 19th-century Périgord longère. It is for the exclusive use of one family, for 4 people, children included.

- On the ground floor, two double bedrooms: one with a large round bed 240 cm in diameter, TV and a bath, as well as an inset fireplace with heat-recovery vents; the other with a 140×190 cm bed, TV and a shower cubicle
- A WC in the bedroom corridor
- On the first floor, a third double bedroom with reversible air conditioning and TV
- A mezzanine open to the living area, with a desk and a spare bed
- A shower room on the first floor, with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC
Living space on the garden level
- A 25 sq m living area with a cathedral ceiling, 5-seater corner sofa, coffee table, farmhouse table, suspended decorative fireplace and Smart TV
- A kitchen open to the living area, with cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and breakfast set
- A utility room with a 300 l water heater for the two showers and a 200 l one for the bath, a 5 kg washing machine and a WC
The garden
The 1500 sq m garden, enclosed to a height of 1 m, has a pergola and a private 3-seater jacuzzi under a small conservatory.

The house is 10 minutes from Sarlat, from the railway station and from the motorway (A20 exit Souillac, A89 exit Thenon). Brive airport is 35 minutes away. Walking trails surround the property, tucked away in rural countryside.
